Manager VERY RUDE

Everytime I shop at this store I have a problem. The store is very messy and not organized. It's not appealing to the customer at all. There is not a dressing room so if you like an item you have to purchase it and then exchange it if you have a problem. This is where I always encounter a problem. The refund process is horrible. The manager is always rude even when you have a receipt. She makes up her own policies about the refund process. This last experience has made me definitely not going to shop there. I would encourage others not to shop there if you have an item that your not sure about and have to return it. The regional manager needs to really have a talk with the manager who refuses to give you a phone number to speak with someone other than herself.

I love the Maxway store in Selma, AL. I moved here a couple of months ago from Knoxville TN and didnt know Selma had a store called Maxway. My daughter is getting married very soon and I noticed it the other day off of Highland avenue. Its an excellent store. We went there and bought my daughter a set of dishes, bakeware, silverware, glassware & a knife set along with some miscellaneous items and spent only $56 I was shocked. We left very excited, we couldnt believe the great deals they have. They have lots of other items too. I would definitely recommend shopping there. Thank You Cindy Cressler Selma, AL
